All staff are trained in NYS regulations of the Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) and are Mandated Reporters of suspected abuse or neglect of children.

In 2012, we had the opportunity to open a much needed childcare facility as My Place on West Broadway in Montour Falls. We collaborated with Watkins Glen Elementary School to provide wrap around care for school aged children in 2017. In February 2021 relocated to our new facility located at Glen Lakes Apartment Building on East Second Street in Watkins Glen.
